We have undergone a very tough time in the past one year, due to too many non-facts and negative information circulated widely in the global automotive electronics and telecommunications markets, this led to significant unwarranted criticism and raised doubts from our customers, since we are a technology-based company and we develop the global automotive and telecom markets based on our technology, obviously it is a huge bad impact to us and our global market.

       过去的一年对我司来说是黑暗的一年，由于关于我司的各种不实及负面信息在全球汽车及通信市场范围内广泛传播，导致我们被动地经历了太多的负面评价及客户的质疑。这对于我司一向以研发技术实力为市场开拓着力点的公司来说，影响十分巨大。

       Now, we are happy to see the clarification according to official lawsuit judgment from court, now all facts are clear to all of us. And, with our discussion internal, we believe that it is very necessary to share this judgment result to all our customers, friends and colleagues, the summary as following:

       最终，这一切在法院的正式官方判决结果面前得到了澄清, 所有的事实都是明确且清晰的。为此，我们经过内部充分讨论，我们认为非常有必要公开这份判决结果给我们的客户、朋友及同事们，具体总结如下：

1）This lawsuit was the only legal proceeding that Nolato had initiated against us worldwide till now

       该诉讼是截至目前诺兰特在全球范围内对我司提起的唯一法律程序

2）We win this lawsuit, Nolato’s all claims are dismissed by court officially (on page 15)

       我司胜诉，诺兰特的全部诉讼请求已被法院正式驳回（见判决书第15页）

3）The  Judgment had taken effect on 30th August, 2025, and No appeals

       判决已于2025年8月30日生效，且双方均未提起上诉
